a disturbing triple-down on polyester has begun again, along with the insidious narrative of 'recycled polyester is sustainable'

a simple google search on 'polyester and endocrine disruption' will prove to you polyester does not belong near our skin

there is also the problem of microplastics, which again, a simple google search will tell you get shed from the plastic material and are impossible to clean up and get everywhere, from the North Pole to fetuses

it is the saddest in India, where evil clothing companies are now putting out polyester saris. 9 yards of polyester is the worst thing ever. you have robbed the beauty of a glorious traditional hand-made garment of beauty and wonder and re-done it in polyester are you a sick person?

'recycled polyester' is 'saving the planet' is a ghastly deceitful thought process, you know it's still harmful because of chemicals and microplastics.

a lot of the industry lies told by polyester can be found in this article, where the author claims polyester is essential "especially in places like India, where you need to cloth people cheaply." thankfully the people of our country have been smart enough to spin their own clothing, and we do not need to listen to this pro-polyester corporate spin.

fact of the matter is, even if we stopped producing textiles, we would have enough with use for the next 40 years of clothing. yes, someone did the math.

the fact is that polyester today is being used 'for profit' by fast fashion polluters, the "athleisure" industry, and by 'haute couture' brands for their convenience. we are killing the planet because people who like to run don't like to feel their own sweat... think about how removed from reality that is... think about the entitlement behind that thought...!

polyester blends are more difficult to clean up and recycle, because separating the chemicals requires chemicals, which destroys the natural fibre it has been blended with.

in short, if you're in the business of polyester in any which way, you're a cretin who is harming people and planet. find something else to do.

polyester is one of humanity's biggest mistakes, created for frivolous reasons, being sold in bulk for profit only without much purpose.
